The Putnam City North Orchestras have a long and rich tradition of orchestral music and performing all over the world.

PCNO is comprised of 115 orchestra students with 3 different performing ensembles. They have been awarded over 11 OSSAA sweepstakes awards, countless superior solos and ensembles, countless students who qualify for the North Central Honors Orchestra and the Oklahoma All State Orchestra every year. PCNO has been invited to perform at the OkMEA convention several times and performed at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago back in 1993. PCNO has performed all over the world in places such as Nashville, Chicago, San Antonio, Dallas, St. Louis, and most recently in 2020 at the Cadogen Hall in London.
