Orchestra Registration

In order to expedite the registration process, please click the link below. You will be able to take care of a large portion of the registration requirements at home, leaving only uniform fitting and locker selection to be done at registration night.​

2026-27 Forms & Documents

  1. Thoroughly read the PC North Orch. Handbook 26-27 (you don’t have to print)

    1. Read all but pay close attention to the Financial Commitments section

    2. Also, read REQUIRED MATERIALS

  2. PRINT and SIGN the Handbook Agreement and Media Release forms

  3. Print and sign the Drug Testing Form

  4. Print and sign the Permission for Off Campus Travel Form

  5. Print and fill out the Payment and Order Form

    1. Record size if you are ordering a new uniform
  6. BRING ALL SIGNED FORMS TO ORIENTATION ON AUGUST 18th!
